Orders are shipped 48 hours after order is placed. Standard shipping is 5-10 business days.
What if my monogram is incorrect?
Uh oh! While we strive for perfection at TSB, mistakes happen. TSB does not charge for customizations, therefore we cannot guarantee your item will arrive with any monogram. If your monogram is incorrect, we will issue you a new item, without customization, or a refund. We will do our best to make it right! Customer satisfaction is our number one goal!
